About Me

My name is Aziza Mansuri and I was born in Washington DC. My parents work for the US Foreign Service, so I have grown up overseas in Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Morocco where I graduated from the Rabat American School. I am a graduate of Washington State University in Pullman, with a BA in History. I also hold an MFA in Computer Arts from School of Visual Arts in New York City, and an MIT in Secondary Education from Washington State University in Vancouver. My interests outside of education include illustration, photography, and my fat tuxedo cat, Inspector Clouseau.

I will be teaching AP World History, Drawing and Painting, and Illustration for the 2019-2020 school year--subjects which are near and dear to me. I am passionate about helping students learn and sharing my own life experiences with others. I am looking forward to learning from my students and teaching what I believe will be very rewarding courses. If you have any questions for me, please feel free to email me.
